Property already listed
If your property is already listed with a real estate agent then, please ask your real estate agent to log in and register with us. As a paid member, your real estate agent will be able to handle all offers your property might receive from potential buyers, or their real estate agent. If your property is not currently listed with a real estate agent, please call or email us and we will refer you to our preferred real estate agents in your area. You may want to interview them before signing any Listing Agreement.
Reduce offer cancellations
As a seller, you want to accept an offer that was made by a buyer who feels comfortable with the purchase price and consequently will not cancel his/her offer because of ‘Buyer’s Remorse’. We believe that buyers are likely to follow through and complete the transaction if they feel comfortable with the price they pay. At OpenOffer.com™ you and your real estate agent can conduct your price negotiations without legally binding yourself to an agreement. The process will allow you and your real estate agent to select the best price offered by potential buyers. You do not need to engage yourself in a legal binding agreement that requires a close review and is limited to a time frame, set up by a potential buyer, just to negotiate the price of your property.
Although it is not required to register, if all you want to do is view listings on this site, you will not be able to take advantage of all the other FREE features that registering has to offer. "New Listing" process is very simple to use. Your real estate agent can become a member and by simply typing the MLS number of your property, they will be able to "claim it" as their listing (our system verifies any claim before populating any property under the actual real estate agent who represents you). Once your real estate agent is a member she/he will be able to view all offers your property received. If you do not have an agent, you can still register and a real estate agent will contact you to sign a listing agreement. Once you sign a listing agreement, the real estate agent will upload your property. We would be happy to refer you to a few real estate agents from different local real estate companies that may also assist you with selling your property. Our site guides you through each step of the registration process which only takes a minute or two. Before your listing becomes live on the site you MUST sign a listing agreement with a real estate agent, through any real estate company of your choice. We do not accept ‘For Sale By Owner’. |

"My Active Listings" page allows you to view a list of your "Active Listings" on the site, the list will include all of your real estate that is currently offered for sale on OpenOffer.com™. |

"My Expired Listings" page allows you to view your listings that have recently expired on the site. Any renewals of your listings on our site, will be done by your real estate agent. |

"Messaging System" gives you the ability to communicate with buyers, or their real estate agent directly from this site without having to open up your email client. Message system offers a "private" setting for you to keep your email private to other sellers and buyers on the site. |

"Browse by thumbnails" feature allows for the first photo you upload to be displayed as a thumbnail image while visitors are browsing the site. |
