If you did not ‘Opt Out’ from your local MLS service, then all you need is the MLS number of your listing. After instant verification that the listing belongs to you, you will be able to edit the description (you can easily cut & paste from your word document). If you ‘Opt Out’ from your local MLS service, then you will be able to manually upload your listing. No URL or personal email links are allowed. |

"My Active, Pending & Sold Listings" page allows you to view a list of all your "Active Listings" on the site, as well as, edit their description. Coming Soon, you will be able to place “Pending” or “Sold” tags. “Pending” tag will appear on the listing for as long as it takes you to close the transaction in the traditional manner. “Sold” tag will appear on the listing for 15 days. This feature will allow users to see all your “Pending” and “Sold” properties you were able to conduct. |
