If your property is already listed with a real estate agent then, please ask your real estate agent to log in and register with us. As a paid member, your real estate agent will be able to handle all offers your property might receive from potential buyers, or their real estate agent. If your property is not currently listed with a real estate agent, please call or email us and we will refer you to our preferred real estate agents in your area. You may want to interview them before signing any Listing Agreement.

"My Active Listing" is the area where you can view all offers that your property received. In order for you to view all offers, your real estate agent must become a member & they must add you as their Seller. Once your agent "claim" your property as their listing, she/he will be able to view all offers. If you do not have an agent, you can still register and a real estate agent will contact you to sign a listing agreement. We currently do not accept ‘For Sale By Owner’.

"Messaging System" gives you the ability to communicate with home buyers, or their real estate agent directly from this site without having to open up your email client. Message system offers a "private" setting for you to keep your email private to other sellers and buyers on the site.

"Contact Agent" link is explicitly located on each listing page for buyers to contact your real estate agent directly with any questions they may have concerning your property. After your agent adds you as a Seller to their account, you will be able to see all communication between potential buyers and your agent.
