Property already listed

If your property is already listed with a real estate agent then, please ask your real estate agent to log in and register with us. As a paid member, your real estate agent will be able to handle all offers your property might receive from potential buyers, or their real estate agent. If your property is not currently listed with a real estate agent, please call or email us and we will refer you to our preferred real estate agents in your area. You may want to interview them before signing any Listing Agreement.

Reduce offer cancellations

As a seller, you want to accept an offer that was made by a buyer who feels comfortable with the purchase price and consequently will not cancel his/her offer because of ‘Buyer’s Remorse’. We believe that buyers are likely to follow through and complete the transaction if they feel comfortable with the price they pay. "My Account" page which contains your seller control panel.

"My Active Listing" is the area where you can view all offers that your property received. In order for you to view all offers, your real estate agent must become a member & they must add you as their Seller. Once your agent "claim" your property as their listing, she/he will be able to view all offers. If you do not have an agent, you can still register and a real estate agent will contact you to sign a listing agreement. We currently do not accept ‘For Sale By Owner’.

"Messaging System" gives you the ability to communicate with home buyers, or their real estate agent directly from this site without having to open up your email client. Message system offers a "private" setting for you to keep your email private to other sellers and buyers on the site.

"Contact Agent" link is explicitly located on each listing page for buyers to contact your real estate agent directly with any questions they may have concerning your property. After your agent adds you as a Seller to their account, you will be able to see all communication between potential buyers and your agent.

"Watch List" allow you to watch properties for Price Changes, Offers & Status (for sale, sold, pending, off the market). Use this feature to watch & monitor similar properties (your competition) and make the necessary adjustments.

"My OpenOffer®" allows you and your real estate agent to view how many times your property has been viewed under a certain asking price. You and your real estate agent will be to view all offers and decide which offers to respond to, and which you simply want to delete. You may reject, accept, counter, or simply delete any offers.

"Tell-a-Friend" link on each listing display page allows visitors to quickly send your listing's details to a friend using the site's messaging system. This feature allows you to send a message to all your family, friends and coworkers with details about your property increasing the rate of exposure.

"Listing Upgrades" features allow you to add additional indicators to your listing to attract more attention from potential buyers while they are browsing the site.
