California real estate buyers may think that because the state is so populous there are few areas left to develop. Well, Valley Center in San Diego County, seeks to dispel such rumors. Valley Center, until recently, was a rural destination. Actors, artists and famous athletes moved here, because they were looking for space. Somewhere to set up a ranch or a farm. And back in the day that’s exactly what one would do here. Now, however, things have changed.

Due to recent rezoning, all plots in the center of this growing “bedroom community” are to be less than two acres. Giving those interested in San Diego County real estate deals something to dig their teeth into. New neighborhoods are sprouting up all over Valley Center and some of the best home builders in the industry have set their sights on the area. That doesn’t mean, however, that you won’t find fantastic deals when it comes to existing homes. In fact, it means quite the contrary.

Single family homes in Valley Center are in great abundance. And the education system in the area is inventive and fun. Just ask motorcycle riding High School Principal Ron McCowan, who recently entered his school’s auditorium on a Harley Davidson to kick off this years first day of school.

You might be wondering if it’s possible to find larger estates though. Say, something with more privacy. Something like luxury homes in Valley Center, if you will. And if you are wondering that, than you’re in luck. Valley Center does offer the real estate buyer looking for their Dream Home a number of options. With plenty of land and gorgeous views, you’ll discover just how easy it is to get away from it all while still being in the comfort of your own home.

And of course, like most towns in the area, there are also foreclosures. If you want the chance to start from scratch with an existing home and need to start by paying less for more, than this is exactly what you’ll want.

Once you’re in your new home in Valley Center, no matter what style home you choose, you’ll wonder how you ever lived anywhere else.
