Whether you are buying your real estate during an upward market or a downward market as a first time home buyer, home owner, or a real estate investor; you deserve the best possible price. At OpenOffer.com® you will be able to place multiple non binding offers on any real estate that is offered for sale. Set up as many offers as you wish and wait to hear from the Sellers or their Real Estate Agents.
Once you've placed your Open Offers™ just wait to hear from the seller and their real estate agent. If you do not hear back from the seller or their real estate agent (within 24-48 hours), then simply move on to the next real estate that you are interested in. OpenOffer® is simple solution with big results that you can not afford to miss!
- Your decision
Your decision to become one of the potential Home Buyers on OpenOffer.com® is the most significant steps towards buying your real estate. As a buyer you will find a simple offer placement process, with the ability to view and place open offers™ on as many properties that you are interested in. Please take the time to read About Us to understand our perspective about buying, or selling real estate.
- General rule
It is always recommended to call or email us with any questions you may have. Our OpenOffer® Professionals are committed to provide you with the most valuable information and will assist you with any concerns or questions you have.
- Non Binding Offers
All offers and counteroffers, made by home buyers, home sellers, real estate agents or any other party on our site are non binding. Therefore, our process will allow you to select as many properties as you wish and place open offers™ on the ones you are interested in. Sellers, Listing Agents or an OpenOffer® professional will respond to your offer. They may counter offer, reject, agree, or simply delete your offer. If the seller or their real estate agent do agree to your offer, you will then be able to decide whether to consummate your interest in your choice of real estate through the traditional manner of “real property transfer of ownership rights” – in writing.
- No need for legal forms
At OpenOffer.com® you can conduct your price negotiations without legally binding yourself to an agreement. This process will allow you to select the best price from all of the offers you placed in a very short period of time; can you imagine calling 10, 20 or 30 real estate agents to negotiate the price of each property? Can you imagine submitting written offers to a few properties at the same time? The answer is no. At OpenOffer.com® all of your offers are none binding so you can feel free to submit as many open offers™ as you wish. (Please note: sellers or their real estate agents will be able to “Blacklist” you if you do not respond to their counter offers, or questions – once blacklisted, you will not be able to place any offers on properties that are listed by a specific seller or their real estate agent, so carefully consider the properties that you are really interested in).
- Smart Buyer
Uses OpenOffer.com® simply because they can view all the property details, schedule showings, and make open offers™. After placing your offer, it will be up to the seller and their real estate agent whether to respond or not. If you do not get any responds from sellers or their real estate agent (within 24-48 hours), then simply delete your offer, remove the property from your ‘Watch List’ and move on to the next property.
- Your Open Offer™
Your Open Offer™ will show the sellers that you are interested in their property and hopefully both of you will agree on the selling price before you place a written offer. You will be in full control. You will be able to set up a minimum price, maximum price, and increments (for each property) – in case another offer is made by a different buyer. Your Open Offer™ will be emailed to the real estate agent, assuming they are paid members. If the real estate agent is not a member, then our Real Estate Professionals will forward or communicate your open offer™ to the actual real estate agent who listed the property for sale.
- Select the best price
As a buyer, you deserve the best possible price for the most valuable asset you will own. At OpenOffer.com® we make it convenient for real estate buyers to place their proposed price. We believe that each property should be priced according to the conditions of the real estate market. Real estate market conditions include many factors but the most important ones are supply, demand, and your emotional attachment to a particular property. Therefore, by allowing each real estate buyer to set up a maximum price, minimum price, and increments for each property (without allowing other real estate buyers to see it), the outcome will be the best price for you.
